Apple is killing it with surprises so far this week, and today dropped a new generation of the full-size HomePod! I wouldn’t have guessed this even after many attempts, and while I was well aware of the rumours flying around about a future HomePod/Apple TV/iPad combination and so on, I felt pretty sure they had given up on the regular HomePod. Apple today launched new version if it’s 14 and 16-inch MacBook Pro laptops as well as a new Mac mini, alongside introducing two new chips: the M2 Pro and the M2 Max. The machines are looking great, and I am in the market for a new Mac mini as I have a 2014 model right now (runs some always-on stuff I need like HomeBridge). My 2022 in health and fitness

Using an app I can very much recommend - Fitness Totals (not an affiliate or tracked link), I generated the above summary of my health & fitness in 2022 vs 2021. The data is generated from the fact that I wear an Apple Watch Series 7 really 24/7 except the 30-45mins it spends every morning on the fast charger as I get ready for the day, then all of this is of course synced to Apple Health which then feeds the Fitness Total app widgets. All-in-all, I am not very satisfied with the outcome here,

My Apple Home/Homekit setup
